Every bridge begins with the first step of connection

TechBridge Diplomacy (TBD) was born from a shared belief that technology can be a diplomatic force — building global relationships, empowering emerging talent, and solving real-world challenges through collaboration. 

Our journey started at the Rajasthan Centre of Advanced Technology (R-CAT) in 2023. There, deep conversations between technologists, diplomats, and educators sparked the early blueprint of TBD. Led by Prof. Kamala Kanta Dash, in partnership with Shri Sanjay Srivastava (Red Hat), a new vision was formed: India as not just a tech consumer, but a trusted partner in global digital diplomacy. 

In 2024, destiny knocked when Prof. Dash was invited to speak at the Parliament of Victoria, Australia, on the theme of Australia–India cooperation in emerging technologies. This international spotlight gave wings to our vision and transformed TBD into a global platform for tech-driven diplomacy.
